Members can also access the site by clicking through the Michigan Farm Bureau site at

Payment Methods
Member Orders will be billed through via MasterCard, Visa,
or American Express. Invoiced orders under Net 30 day terms are available to Approved Parties Only. Call 800-776-6221 for details.
Stocked Merchandise Minimums and Delivery Times
This website features Michigan Farm Bureau logo apparel and promotional products
which is available for immediate shipment. The minimum order is
one on all stock merchandise. Larger quantity orders may qualify for pricing lower than that listed on
the website. Please call customer service at 800-776-6221 for more details.
Stock orders will ship within 24 -
48 hours from receipt of orders. If an "out of stock"
situation does occur, the item(s) in inventory will ship immediately
and the balance of the order will ship when the inventory is replenished.
Special Order Merchandise - County Logos/County Copy
Most items featured in this website are available with County Logos/
Copy. Please contact your Michigan Farm Bureau Apparel and Promotional Products
Specialist at 800-776-6221 for pricing and minimums. Production
time may vary, but most items can be produced in 2 - 4 weeks. Rush
orders are always welcomed and we will do everything possible to
accommodate your deadlines.
Shipping Methods
Most orders are shipped UPS ground; larger orders may be shipped
via common carrier. If air freight is requested, please authorize
air freight.
Merchandise Returns
Our products are 100% guaranteed. All returns do require a return
authorization number for efficient exchange or refund of merchandise.
When returning merchandise, include shipping documentation, merchandise,
and return authorization number. Please contact Cary Francis Group to
receive your authorization number. If merchandise was damaged due
to carrier mishandling, please initiate a claim. All damage claims
must be made within 30 days of receipt of the order. Restrictions
do apply for Special Order Merchandise.
