How To Order
Orders may be placed using the following options:

2. Click here for a printable
Order Form that may be faxed to CFG at 414.421.4229 or mailed
to Cary Francis Group at the address on the front of the Order Form
3. Call Cary Francis Group Customer Service at 800.776.6221 to place your
order
Payment Method
Orders may be billed on:
MasterCard, VISA, or American Express
Production/Delivery Time
New Orders - 3-4 Weeks. New orders require a paper and/or product
proof approval before production. Time frames may vary depending
upon product availability and/or proof approval.
Repeat Orders - 2-3 Weeks. Time frames may vary depending upon product
availability.
Shipping Methods
Most orders are shipped via UPS Ground; larger orders may be shipped
via common carrier. We will contact you for shipping approval on
larger orders. If air freight is requested, please authorize air
freight in the appropriate area of the on-line shopping cart, or
in the space provided on the front of the printed Order Form.
Less than Minimum
If order totals less than $50.00, please add $10.00 for handling.
Rush Orders
If you need an order by a specific date, please indicate the date
in the appropriate area of the on-line shopping cart, or in the
space provided on the front of the printed Order Form.
Lowest Price Guarantee
A Lowest Price Guarantee to all participants in the program covers
all products offered through FBApparel. We will
match any competitive written quote for a product of equal or better
quality, which is given to a customer by a supplier capable of filling
the order. This guarantee applies only to items before they have
been ordered. Please contact Customer Service to inquire further
about our Lowest Price Guarantee.
Merchandise Pricing
Pricing is for blank goods. Imprinting is additional. Please review imprint pricing below.
Imprint Pricing
Once an imprint method and logo have been chosen, a price will be
displayed by quantity.
Screen Printed Items - price is based on the logo being
reproduced in 1 color even if the logo is displayed in 2 colors.
Additional charges will apply for multi colored logos and CFG will
call to advise.
Embroidered Items - price is based on a logo "left-chest" logo. If you want a larger logo, there may be additional
charges since pricing is based on stitch count. Embroidered price
includes up to 6 colors.
New Logo - Art Requirements
Artwork may be submitted in either hard copy or electronic format.
Hard copy artwork must be "camera ready" flat, sharp,
black and white line art at least 600dpi. Multiple color artwork
requires color-separated art with registration marks.

We accept floppy disks, zip disks, and compact disks formatted
for Macintosh or PC. Please observe the following guidelines.
1. Please reference your name and phone number on all communications.
2. Artwork Requirements: Vector art is always preferred; however, please forward your available art file for evaluation.
3. We can also assist you in creating new artwork or converting
artwork into an acceptable format. Charges may apply. Please contact
Cary Francis Group at 800.776.6221.
New Logo - Embroidery Disk Requirements
We encourage sending any current embroidery disks to us via e-mail
or mail at the addresses listed above. Please include a copy of
the logo with your disk. We will review those embroidery files and
contact you with any questions or concerns.
The following embroidery formats are accepted:
1. Tajima
2. Barudan
Embroidery files will have a "dst" extension identifying
it as an embroidery disk.
Decoration Charges - Below are the additional charges for
decorating your garments when the embroidered logo is over 4,000
stitches or when the screened logo is more than 1 color

Name Personalization
Name Personalization is also available for screened and embroidered
apparel at a cost of $5.00 per line.
Merchandise Returns
All returns must have a Return Authorization Number issued by the Cary Francis Group, Inc. Customer Service department.
Our products are 100% guaranteed against manufacturer defects. Recipient of merchandise has 14 days to contact Cary Francis
Group, Inc. to return defective or damaged merchandise. When returning merchandise, include shipping documentation, merchandise
and return authorization number. A replacement items will be sent to you from the manufacturer. Cash refunds are not available.
If merchandise was damaged due to freight carrier mishandling, please document the damages, retain original packaging which is
required to file a claim and we will initiate a claim. All damage claims must be made within 14 days of receipt of order.
Merchandise cannot be returned for any reason other than Manufacturers’ Defect.
